Welcome to MyMovie.live ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
2. Your content, your responsibility
You own everything you create with the Service — your prompts, your uploaded reference images (cast photos, location photos), and the AI-generated storyboards, animations, soundtracks, and voiceovers produced from them ("Your Content"). You can use Your Content commercially or personally, as you see fit, subject to applicable law.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for the consequences of publishing, sharing, or distributing it. MyMovie.live is a tool — like a camera or a paint brush — and we are not responsible for what users choose to create with it.
By submitting prompts, images, or other content, you confirm that you have all necessary rights to do so. This includes (but is not limited to) rights to any photos of real people you upload as cast or location references. If a photo includes a person other than yourself, you confirm that you have their permission to use their likeness with an AI generation tool.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Depicts minors in sexual or exploitative contexts (this is illegal and reported automatically);
- Is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise contrary to the underlying AI providers' usage policies;
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or invades the privacy of identifiable individuals;
- Impersonates a real person without their consent, including political figures, celebrities, or private individuals;
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right;
- Is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in [Your Jurisdiction];
- Attempts to bypass, exploit, or interfere with the Service's safety filters or rate limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and to cooperate with law enforcement as required.
4. AI disclaimer — outputs are unpredictable
The Service uses third-party AI models (Runway, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and others). AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, offensive, or unexpectedly similar to existing copyrighted works. We do not pre-screen generated content. You acknowledge that you are reviewing every generation before using it, and that you assume all risk of any unintended output.
5. Credits and payments
The Service runs on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate storyboards, animations, soundtracks, or voiceovers. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable once spent on a generation — successful or otherwise. Free credits granted on signup or by an administrator may be revoked at any time.
6. Third-party services
Prompts and reference images you submit are transmitted to and processed by the AI providers that power the Service. By using MyMovie.live you also agree to those providers' terms of service. Currently this includes (without limitation): Runway, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated content may not be available indefinitely; AI-provider URLs typically expire within hours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MyMovie.live and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service — regardless of legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyMovie.live and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; surviving provisions (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) remain in force.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction], and you consent to that jurisdiction.
